VTB provides Kudrin with a private jet

VTB allows officials to use its private jets. This specifically applies to "accountant" Alexei Kudrin. He has repeatedly flown on a Tu-204-300A RA-64010, which was manufactured to order by "VTB Leasing". However, the aircraft was most likely initially ordered by Kudrin for his personal use.

Officials are not supposed to own their own private jets. But surely he cannot fly economy or even business class surrounded by ordinary people.

This is precisely why Kudrin uses the VTB aircraft.

The bank also owns two other jets that operate between elite resorts around the world. The aircraft belong to offshore companies affiliated with VTB.
