From "MLM guru" to pyramid organiser

Steshenko actively promotes himself as an expert in the fields of cryptocurrencies and network marketing. On his channels, he talks about high earnings, which his investment system is allegedly supposed to guarantee. However, behind this image lies a participant in numerous financial manipulations and fraud, ranging from referral schemes to the creation of genuine pyramids.

Steshenko's first known projects, such as CryptoMinerToken, provided him with his initial capital. Within the framework of this scheme, he and his accomplice, Eduard Zatulyvytr, collected over $200,000 allegedly for the purchase of mining equipment, after which the project ceased to exist.

The development of the "scam business"

The next step was the launch of the PANTHEON (PAN) pyramid in 2018. In a short time, the project helped the "team" earn approximately 500 ethers, which at the time amounted to $250,000. This success inspired the fraudsters to create a new project — UROBORUS, which was presented as a "network marketing ecosystem based on smart contracts".

Project descriptions were accompanied by complex terminology aimed at creating an impression of expertise. Potential investors, often lacking basic knowledge of the market, readily entrusted their funds to them.

Expanding the scale: Qubittech and new frauds

In 2020, Steshenko became one of the initiators of the Qubittech (qubit.life) project, presented as an investment platform using "quantum technologies". This project was actively promoted through media channels, and its official face became Canadian Greg Laimon. However, like previous schemes, Qubittech turned out to be nothing more than a financial pyramid.

Media image and methods of attracting victims

Vladyslav Steshenko actively uses social media to promote his ideas. His accounts display classic attributes of a "successful entrepreneur": expensive cars, elite resorts, and a luxurious lifestyle. 

This approach targets a young audience, which, inspired by Instagram pictures, readily invests its money.

Law enforcement agencies against the "Crypto genius"

The activities of Steshenko and his partners have long attracted the attention of law enforcement agencies. As part of the investigation, property and large sums of money were seized, and searches were conducted regarding projects associated with CryptoKings and Qubittech.

New projects: more pyramids, more victims

According to insider information, Steshenko and his team continue to work on new schemes. Among the latest frauds are the ORION and ANTOREUM projects, which are actively advertised as "promising investment opportunities".
