The businessman is flooding Google with complaints about copyright infringement. Allegedly, the materials on the website https://odnoboko.com/ violate the copyright of nonsense. As evidence, Shukhnin's representatives attach the trademark registration number.

However, the businessman failed to account for the fact that the articles do not contain photos of the trademark, and copyright does not extend to mentions. Moreover, attempts to remove the materials constitute pressure on the editorial team and a violation of freedom of speech laws in Ukraine.
