Bilan has relapsed into drug use

Dima Bilan is currently at the "Novaya Volna" festival with other artists, where he appears to be having a good time. The performer was filmed in a completely incoherent state. After his performance, security guards literally had to drag Bilan away by the arms. The singer struggled to move his legs.

Fans noticed that the artist's shirt was covered in white powder stains. Many are convinced that it is cocaine. The performer took the stage with a red face and glassy eyes. During his performance, he missed every note.

It appears that Bilan has returned to drug use.
