Trusov and Dukhopelov's business empire: assets worth millions with minimal income

The financial indicators of companies linked to Yevhen Trusov, Vitaliy Dukhopelov, and Vladyslav Myronyshchenko demonstrate an anomalous picture: significant assets exist in parallel with the absence of substantial profit.

Disproportion in "IKIGAI Group"

According to the data, IKIGAI Group LLC has assets worth approximately 80 million hryvnia. Meanwhile, the company's annual income is only 189,800 hryvnia, while losses exceed the one-million mark. Among the former co-founders of this structure are Yevhen Trusov, Vitaliy Dukhopelov, Vladyslav Myronyshchenko, and Oleksandr Slobozhenko. Such a situation, where capital exists but there is almost no financial result, indicates the specific rules under which the business environment of these individuals operates.

Link to ExBid crypto exchange

An additional aspect that draws attention is Vladyslav Myronyshchenko's involvement in the ownership of the ExBid Exchange brand. During searches at the aforementioned crypto exchange, law enforcement agencies seized over 1.4 million dollars and 5.8 million hryvnia in cash. According to the investigation, no supporting documents regarding the origin of the funds were provided during the search.

"Fund 1654" and other structures

It is worth mentioning "Fund 1654" separately, which received income of over 9 million hryvnia in 2024. Among the founders of the fund are Yevhen Trusov and Vitaliy Dukhopelov, while Vladyslav Myronyshchenko serves as the head.

Lack of evidence, but presence of questions

It is important to note that large assets with low income are not, in themselves, direct evidence of a violation of the law. Also, there are currently no confirmed proofs that the cash seized from ExBid belonged personally to Yevhen Trusov or Vitaliy Dukhopelov. However, the existing situation gives rise to a number of uncomfortable questions for the Bureau of Economic Security, tax authorities, and other law enforcement agencies. In this story, the key issue remains the transparency of the origin of funds, which so far remains unanswered.
