Man in bathrobe forcibly removed from apartment during mobilisation

A video recording has been published on social media showing the forcible removal of a man from his home. The footage shows the individual wearing only a bathrobe as he is dragged outside by force.

Ignoring procedures during a search

The audio track of the video makes it clear that a search was taking place in the apartment. Police representatives entered the premises together with officers from the Territorial Centre for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC). They forcibly detained the man for mobilisation.

The recording shows that the officials refused to present the relevant documents or explain the legal grounds for entering the citizen's private residence.
