Tragic accident in the Chechelivskyi district

A road traffic accident occurred in Dnipro, resulting in the deaths of four people. The incident was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

According to rescue services, the signal about the road accident was received in the evening. The accident took place at the intersection of Herbina Street and Kryvorizke Shose within the Chechelivskyi district of the city.

Details of the collision

As stated in the official statement, the cause of the tragedy was a collision between a Hyundai passenger car and a DAF truck. Four people died as a result of the accident, including a child.

Rescuers' actions

Rescuers used emergency rescue equipment to extricate the bodies of the deceased driver and female passenger from the passenger car. They were then handed over to police officers for further action.

It is worth noting that recently, seven people were injured in a night-time road accident in Lviv Oblast, including two children.
