SMSU services are operational again

The State Migration Service of Ukraine informs that technical works have been completed. Ukrainian citizens residing abroad once again have access to document processing services.

Causes of the interruption

As noted by the agency, a technical failure was observed for several days, which hindered the provision of services. After the faults were eliminated, the operation of the services was fully restored.

Ukrainians abroad can now submit applications for documents, including foreign passports, without any obstacles.
