Consequences of the night attack on infrastructure

On the night of 3 November, Russian forces struck the territory of Rivne region. According to local authorities, the region's energy infrastructure was damaged as a result of this shelling.

Oleksandr Koval, head of the regional military-civilian administration, made the statement. He noted that one of the substations belonging to Ukrenergo was damaged during the night attack.
