Novak announces early lifting of Russia's diesel fuel export restrictions

Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak announced that the country has decided not to wait for the scheduled time but to ease restrictions on diesel fuel exports immediately.

«Росія негайно починає знімати обмеження на експорт дизеля раніше запланованих термінів» ("Russia is immediately beginning to lift restrictions on diesel exports earlier than the scheduled deadlines"), he emphasised.

Government decision

According to the official, these steps are the result of a decision by the Russian leadership. This means that the restrictions that had been in effect on export activities in the diesel fuel segment are being terminated early.
