Dragon Capital may buy Ocean Plaza

The family of Russian billionaire Arkady Rotenberg plans to exit the Ukrainian real estate market. It is ready to wind down its business and sell the Ocean Plaza shopping centre to Dragon Capital, which has been actively buying up commercial real estate in the country for several years.

Preliminary data suggests the deal is worth $270–315 million.

The Ocean Plaza shopping centre is managed by TPS Real Estate, a company controlled by Rotenberg’s daughter, Liliya.
