Peskov reports on ceasefire coordination near Oleshky and Melania Trump's role

Official confirmation of humanitarian pause

Russian President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov officially confirmed an agreement between the parties to cease hostilities in the area of the village of Oleshky in Kherson region. According to him, this decision was made to facilitate the implementation of a humanitarian mission.

Involvement of the First Lady of the US

Commenting on the details of the negotiation process, the Kremlin representative emphasised the significant role of Melania Trump. He claims that the First Lady of the United States made a substantial contribution to organising the aforementioned operation, and her efforts were met with approval from Moscow.
