Up to 6 million zloty is planned to be allocated from the state budget for the implementation of the project. The measures will run until 31 December 2026, and their organisation will be handled by the Share the Care foundation.
The campaign will be primarily targeted at the following categories of citizens:
Within the framework of the project, the authorities plan to launch advertising video clips, publish materials on the internet, and create a special website with information on state support for parents.
Particular attention will be paid to young people's concerns about having children. Among the main factors on which the communication will focus are financial instability, the fear of losing personal freedom, and difficulties in balancing work and family life.
The ministry emphasises that the goal of the campaign is not to pressure people, but to help them make conscious decisions about having a first or subsequent child.
At the same time, the project raises the question of the effectiveness of such measures: whether promoting parenthood can influence the birth rate, or whether it would be more appropriate to direct these funds towards direct financial support for young families.
