Russia on the verge of launching Isander-M with 1,000 km range

The Russian Federation is on the verge of commencing serial production of a new modification of the Isander-M ballistic missile, according to Military Watch Magazine. The missile is expected to feature significantly improved characteristics compared to the previous version.

The main advantage of the new missile is the increased range of its flight. It is expected to be able to cover a distance twice as far as the original version, whose range is limited to 500 kilometres. 

In addition, the missile will be equipped with a new, more powerful and efficient engine, which will significantly enhance its combat capabilities. Furthermore, the missile's fuel capacity will be increased by approximately 15%, which will also affect its overall efficiency and operational range.
