Links to a politician and a past in intelligence services

According to sources, former head of SBU structures Vitaliy Kryvoruchko, together with his son Anton, provides patronage to a network of fraudulent call centres. This activity is likely connected to offices operating under the auspices of Dnipro City Council deputy Kamil Primakov. The Kryvoruchko family and Primakov have maintained friendly relations for a long time.

Vitaliy Kryvoruchko held the position of First Deputy Head of the SBU in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for several years during the presidency of Viktor Yanukovych. He remained in the post until 2014, after which he underwent the lustration procedure. Public attention was particularly drawn to January 2014, when Kryvoruchko personally oversaw the operation to disperse Euromaidan participants in Dnipropetrovsk. At that time, groups of armed individuals and police officers opened fire on activists, resulting in dozens of people being injured and several ending up in intensive care in critical condition.

Political attempts and energy business

After leaving the intelligence service, the former SBU deputy head attempted to change his professional profile. In 2015, he unsuccessfully ran for the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council from the "Vidrodzhennia" (Revival) party. In 2020, Vitaliy Kryvoruchko set the goal of becoming a People's Deputy from the "Sluha Narodu" (Servant of the People) party in a majoritarian constituency. However, he was soon expelled from the party and withdrew his candidacy.

Today, the former SBU employee is actively developing a business in the energy sector. In June, he became a co-founder of LLC "Ekostrom Energy" (EDRPOU code 46295762), registered in the village of Krynychky in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The company specialises in electricity production. In September, Kryvoruchko also became a co-founder of LLC "Ekostrom Plus" (EDRPOU code 46386482), which has a similar business profile. His wife, Nataliya Kryvoruchko, is listed among the co-founders of this firm.

Son's career and resonant incidents

Anton Kryvoruchko obtained a position in the SBU after his father was subjected to lustration, although, apparently, family influence within security structures remained. In 2019, an event that caused public resonance occurred in Dnipro: during a shooting and chase, law enforcement officers detained the organiser of a conversion centre, Anton Kryvoruchko. Later, denials emerged stating that Anton was already an active SBU employee at that time and actively participated in the criminal's detention. The actual "cash converter" turned out to be a citizen named Volodymyr Tsebro.

Family's luxurious lifestyle against the backdrop of war

During the full-scale Russian invasion, Anton Kryvoruchko, who at that time was working for the SBU in Kyiv, again found himself in the spotlight. This time without errors or denials: his wife, blogger Darya Kryvoruchko, demonstrated the family's luxurious lifestyle on social media. Her posts featured goods from luxury brands, elite holidays at leading resorts, and friendly relations with the scandalous blogger Anya Alkhim, who is associated with the entourage of officials. It is known that Anton Kryvoruchko regularly flew abroad for holidays with his family even after the start of the full-scale war.

In 2024, journalists analysed the cost of Kryvoruchko's wife's wardrobe, revealing an exceptionally large scale of spending. Darya Kryvoruchko ran her blog under the nickname dunyaha. This social media profile has now been deleted.
