Nine Ukrposhta branches to remain operational in Kramatorsk and Sloviansk communities

Postal infrastructure operates in frontline zones

Ukrposhta has confirmed that despite the difficult situation in Donetsk region, postal branches continue to operate. According to company management, mobile branches reach even villages where only Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel remain.

Distribution of branches in communities

Ukrposhta CEO Ihor Smilianskyi provided information on the current status on 30 October. He detailed the number of facilities that will remain active in specific administrative units:

• Three branches will operate in the city of Kramatorsk.
• Two more branches will operate within the Kramatorsk community territory.
• Three branches will remain operational in the city of Sloviansk.
• One branch will remain in the Sloviansk community.

Criteria for location selection

Regarding the selection of specific sites for these postal facilities, Ihor Smilianskyi noted:

«Розташування цих відділень обрали з урахуванням ситуації з безпекою та логістики» (The location of these branches was chosen taking into account the security situation and logistics), the CEO emphasised.
