Attack on migrating birds recorded

In northern Lebanon, in the Akkar region, video has been filmed showing storks flying to winter quarters being shot with a heavy machine gun. These birds are moving from Ukraine and other parts of Europe to Africa and Iran.

Context of the incident and responsibility

The author of the post notes that such actions are a form of entertainment for those shooting at the birds. This is happening while people in Ukraine risk their own lives to evacuate as many animals as possible from combat zones.

It is worth noting that the Akkar region, where these frames were recorded, is not under the control of the terrorist organisation Hezbollah. This organisation is a Shia movement, while the Akkar territory is inhabited by Sunnis. Accordingly, these lands are under the full control of the Lebanese government forces (LAF). The author claims that this war crime is the sole fault of the local government forces and reflects a culture of lawlessness, savagery, and the destruction of all living things, just as in Muscovy.
