Fugitive Russian oligarch collects 600,000 from Ukrainians

Fugitive Russian oligarch Evgeny Chichvarkin managed to collect from Ukrainians 600,000 rubles through lectures and book sales. As previously promised, all funds will go to charity, the well-known website "Tabletochka," and foundations.
