Registration of a company with German capital in Dnipro

In April 2026, LLC "Carbo Space Engineering" was registered in Dnipro. This company belongs to the German Aerospace Technology Group GmbH. The beneficial owner is listed as Waldemar Roysvikh (Reusvych / Reuswich).

The official representative of the company in Ukraine is Serhiy Spirkin. He held the position of chief designer at the strategic enterprise Pivdenmash for years, so he is well acquainted with the specifics of Ukrainian rocket building from the inside. At the same time, the new structure has no own property or production workshops. The company is registered at a legal address where approximately 40 other firms are also listed.

Biography of the beneficial owner and Russian links

Waldemar Roysvikh is 62 years old. According to registry data, he resides in Bavaria. Russian media report that he was born in Kazakhstan, graduated from a pedagogical college in Kustanai in 1983, and later obtained a diploma from the Chelyabinsk Institute of Mechanization and Electrification of Agriculture. He later moved to Germany and started a business there in the 2000s.

Aerospace Technology Group GmbH specialises in the development and production of composite materials and carbon parts for the aviation and space industries. In 2019, Roysvikh's business, together with Russian partners, entered a joint venture called "Aerospace Composite Technologies" (AKT) in Voronezh Oblast. According to Russian media, the German side was to supply technological lines for the production of parts for the "Argo" space vehicle and rocket engine nozzles. "Kommersant" quoted company representatives regarding a tripartite agreement. Under it, the German Aerospace Composites GmbH, which owns 25% of AKT, was to supply equipment for future production, while MTKS was to order products for "Argo".

Mentions in a RUSI study

Roysvikh's name appears in a study by the British analytical institute RUSI. There, he is mentioned in the context of possible sanctions evasion for the benefit of Russian oligarch Vladimir Evtyushenko and his AFK "Sistema". According to the authors of the investigation, "Sistema" works for the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.

British analysts describe Roysvikh as a German with a history of involvement in dubious business schemes linked to Russia. According to their data, he started a series of company registrations across Europe and took control of structures previously linked to "Sistema". Among them is Segezha Packaging in Denmark. In 2023, Roysvikh transferred the European packaging business of Segezha Group — Advanced Industries Packaging — to himself. That same December, according to RUSI data, a shipment of paper bags from Romania to Russia was recorded.

Ukrainian business partner

Another figure in Roysvikh's circle is Serhiy Dyadychko, his long-time friend and business partner. They built a corporate system that united Ukrainian and German legal entities. In September 2007, Dyadychko was appointed chairman of the supervisory board of JSC "LAMITEK-UKRIZOLIT" for three years. There, he represented the shareholder, JSC "INVESTBUDSERVIS", which at the time owned 58.33% of the charter capital. At the same time, Dyadychko was linked to "Rodovid Bank": his biographical data listed positions of vice-president of the bank and director of "RB Capital Group".
