Dnipro Governor Makes Staff Learn English

Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentin Reznichenko has required ODA staff to learn English. This was revealed by his former deputy, Yuri Holik. Reznichenko has been studying languages for a long time and strongly recommends his subordinates follow his example.

По состоянию на сейчас, на курсы английского записалось 280 сотрудников ОГА. Это помимо еще порядка 20 человек, уже свободно на английском говорящих. Итого порядка 40% от числа всех сотрудников, включая водителей, секретарей, тех. персонал и т.д. Умеет губернатор убеждать, умеет. (As of now, 280 ODA staff members have enrolled in English courses.
