Kobzon decides to visit DNR before undergoing treatment in Europe

It recently emerged that, despite EU sanctions, Russian State Duma deputy Iosif Kobzon has obtained a medical visa for Europe, where he will continue treatment for a cancerous disease. The Russian president is allegedly said to have facilitated this.

Apparently having completely lost his head over the joy and impunity, Kobzon decided to visit the occupied territories of the DNR and LNR before flying to Europe. The artist is travelling to the Donbas region for the fourth time, this time to congratulate the residents of the unrecognised republics on Miners' Day.

Upon returning from the DNR on 9 September, Kobzon will depart for treatment in Italy.
