Peace deal between Israel and Hamas on the verge of collapse

Negotiations on a peace agreement between Israel and Hamas militants have once again hit a critical obstacle.

The office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Hamas is refusing to honour previously reached agreements, creating a new crisis that hinders the achievement of a final peace deal.

According to Israeli sources, despite preliminary efforts by both sides to find a compromise, Hamas's actions in the final stages of the negotiations have effectively derailed the process. 

Israeli authorities claim that Hamas deliberately complicated the situation by renouncing several key points of the agreement at the last minute, thereby threatening the stability of the negotiation process and the prospect of peace.
