Property prices in Ukraine are expected to rise by 10-15% in 2025, according to expert forecasts, an economic publication reports.

The main reason for the price increase was the raising of the military levy rate on the sale of housing from 1.5% to 5%, which came into force in December 2024. Combined with other taxes, this increases the total tax burden to 12%.

Under such conditions, sellers must choose between reducing their profit and the risk of losing buyers due to high prices.
