Krasnohymanske challenges 400 million hryvnia tax debt in court

Krasnohymanske LLC, a company linked to corrupt oligarch Kropachov, has initiated court proceedings against the State Tax Service. The subject of the challenge is financial claims by tax authorities totalling over 400 million hryvnia. The case has been assigned to the Eastern Appellate Commercial Court.
