New positions and suspicious links

The whereabouts of former defence minister and the country's chief digitalisation officer, Mykhailo Fedorov, raise questions. According to Opendatabot, a week ago he joined the group of co-founders of the IT company LLC "BERN AI TI".

This entity was registered in the summer of 2025. Among its beneficiaries, in addition to Fedorov, is a man whose surname, first name, and patronymic match the details of a Metinvest lawyer.

Information on a trip to the US

On 25 October, the anonymous Telegram channel "Joker" published a message claiming that former defence minister Mykhailo Fedorov had allegedly left for a one-month business trip to the US. Fedorov himself has not publicly confirmed information about his departure from Ukraine.

According to the source, Fedorov has a new military exemption specifically through LLC "BERN AI TI".
