Top three favourites emerge for Eurovision 2017
The final of the Eurovision 2017 music contest will take place in Kyiv on 13 May. A top three of favourites has already emerged, attracting the highest number of bets at bookmakers.
Italians Francesco Gabbani, performing with the song Occidentalis Karma, is tipped for first place. He is set to take the stage with a person dressed as a monkey. The musical composition has garnered several million views on YouTube. In terms of charisma, the artist is second only to Adriano Celentano, with whom he is frequently compared.
According to bookmakers, second place will go to Belgian singer Blanche with the track City Lights.
Bronze could go to Sweden’s representative, Robin Bengtsson, with the song I Can’t Go On.
Performers from Portugal and Australia could also make it into the top five.
