The Poltava Regional Commercial Court ruled to return 100% of the shares in the limited liability company "Poltavabudservice Plus" to Olena Kasaieva, the wife of Konstantyn Kasaiev, a member of parliament from the "Servant of the People" faction. The court granted the plaintiff's claim, terminating the sale and purchase agreement previously concluded with Viktor Pryadka.
During the court hearing, it was established that in 2020 Pryadka purchased the enterprise for 20 million UAH. However, at the time of the court's decision, he was able to confirm payment of only approximately 5.9 million UAH. The buyer himself insisted that he had handed over more than 12.9 million UAH in cash to Konstantyn Kasaiev, as well as part of the sum in foreign currency. However, the court deemed these claims unsubstantiated due to the lack of proper evidence.
In addition to the return of the shares, more than 242,000 UAH in court fees were recovered from Viktor Pryadka. The first-instance court decision may still be appealed.
Viktor Pryadka is a suspect in a criminal case opened by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine. He is suspected of receiving undue benefit during the distribution of road orders totalling 59.9 million UAH.
Pryadka's other company, LLC "DRSU Poltava", received road repair contracts from the Poltava City Council. According to available information, this enterprise also used the resources of "Poltavabudservice Plus", which, by court decision, now again belongs to the wife of MP Konstantyn Kasaiev.
