The Poltava Regional Commercial Court issued a ruling obliging LLC "Firma Atoll" to settle a debt of UAH 510,300. This amount includes unpaid share capital, inflationary losses, and interest. The obligation arose from the construction of a facility combining a café-bakery and residential premises, located at 5-A Sobornosti Street. The company's owner is Svitlana Manzhos, who is the wife of Gennadiy Sikalov.
The Poltava City Council did not turn to the court to recover the aforementioned debt. As explained, the reason lies in limited funding, specifically the absence of funds to pay the court fee, which amounted to approximately UAH 6,000. Instead of the local self-government body, the prosecution filed the lawsuit with the court.
During the hearing, the developer's representatives attempted to reduce the size of the debt. However, the court rejected the arguments they presented. The broader context shows that in 2025–2026, the prosecution has already filed 13 lawsuits against Poltava developers for UAH 75.8 million in unpaid share capital. Some of these proceedings are currently awaiting a decision from the Supreme Court, which is to determine a clear methodology for calculating such debts.
