Zelensky announces meeting of US, European, NATO and Ukrainian teams in Brussels

Four-party consultations are scheduled to take place in Brussels on 4 November, where representatives of the United States, European states, the North Atlantic Alliance and Ukraine will discuss packages of measures regarding recovery and security guarantees. This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Meeting format and participants

The head of state detailed the upcoming negotiations during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Berlin. According to Zelensky, the discussions will take place at the working team level.
