Ukrainian singer Nastya Kamenskaya, who performs under the stage name NK, shared personal details of her years-long struggle with harmful habits. The artist candidly discussed how she had been dependent on nicotine for a long time, as well as a difficult psychological period that began after the launch of the full-scale invasion. It was then, according to her, that the problem of alcohol abuse emerged.
According to Kamenskaya, she first tried cigarettes when she was 14 years old. Over time, this activity turned into a daily habit that became part of her life. The singer recalls periods when her nicotine consumption was excessively high. She used a figurative expression, noting that at the time "нікотин капав з вух" (nicotine was dripping from her ears).
At the age of 27, the artist decided to try quitting smoking. Despite these efforts, she failed to get rid of the habit completely. Kamenskaya admitted that she occasionally returned to using e-cigarettes or allowed herself to smoke a regular cigarette, especially during her time off.
In addition to her problems with nicotine, the singer also mentioned alcohol. She described her state during the difficult period related to the war with the words: "Прокидалася, щоб напитися" (I would wake up to drink).
