In response to a query from the media outlet "Skhemy", the Prosecutor General's Office informed that procedural decisions have already been made. The letter mentions decisions by the Kyiv Court of Appeal and the Vinnytsia City Court, which, according to representatives of the body, «оперативно розглянули відповідні питання та ухвалили необхідне процесуальне рішення» (promptly considered the relevant issues and adopted the necessary procedural decision).

According to sources of journalists in law enforcement agencies, the package of documents for the handover of the individual has already been transferred by the Ukrainian side to Sweden.
