The Northern Appellate Commercial Court issued a ruling declaring the 2009 contract for the sale of a share package in the joint-stock company "Aviation Company Dniproavia" terminated. This agreement was signed between the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) and the company Galtera. As a result, the court ordered the return of 94% of the enterprise's shares to the state.
The adoption of such a ruling was announced by lawyer Olena Donenko, who represented the relevant party in this case.
It is worth noting that as early as 2022, a court already deprived the company Galtera, which is linked to Ihor Kolomoyskyi, of the right to operate the airport.
