The morning of 2 November in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast was marked by emergency power outages. This was reported by the company DTEK.

Status of current schedules

Energy officials emphasised that the decision to impose restrictions was made on the direct instruction of Ukrenergo. During this period, standard outage schedules have lost their validity.
